Khameleon (the female one, still called "Chameleon" in the game) has every move/fatality from all three female ninjas (Jade, Mileena and Kitana). Probably the coolest character is the male Chameleon (there is a female one, as well), which has a TON of special moves and fatalities, each pulled from the pre-existing male-ninja list, and includes moves/fatalities from Scorpion, Sub-Zero (BOTH versions), Reptile, Rain, Ermac, Smoke and Noob Saibot. I've played it before, and it plays like a BOSS! All boss characters are available, and some characters have multiple versions, each with his/her own fatalities/movesets! This means that MK1 Raiden has a different moveset/fatality list than MK3 Raiden! Same thing for Johnny Cage, Noob Saibot and Smoke (and any other repeat characters)!
